On Monday, 9th December, Invesis’ proudly received two awards – the Carbon Reduction Award and the Operational Innovation and Flexibility Award.
Presented to our colleagues at the 2024 Operational Partnerships Summit Award ceremony, these awards recognise our commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and collaborative PPP solutions.
Invesis secured the awards for making significant strides in developing and implementing NHS Wharfedale Hospital’s Net Zero Roadmap and for successfully delivering a £11 million project variation, which underscores the power of collaboration between public and private entities.
Since delivering the 76-bed hospital in 2005 as part of a PFI contract with Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust (LTHT), Invesis has continued to provide management services under a 30-year concession agreement, ensuring long-term value and impact.
The historic and ongoing success of the Wharfedale Hospital PFI project is underpinned by the excellent working relationships built between LTHT, Invesis and our facilities management partners. Therefore, Invesis submitted an entry proposing the Authority as best public sector team of the year, and they won solidifying LTHT’s position as a pragmatic and best-in-class team.
Congratulations to everyone involved.
