Meet our expert, Iain Harris

Work experience

As Head of Concessions for Invesis in the UK, Iain oversees the operational aspects of all our PFI/PPP projects. Iain has more than 25 years’ experience in asset management and project delivery in the public and private sectors. Over the past two decades, he has gained a wealth of experience across a range of PFI/PPP market sectors, including health, justice, roads and education.

Prior to his current role, Iain worked on many PFI/PPP projects involving bid negotiations and construction and operational phases as a SPV General Manager. Iain is also director of several SPVs.
