Invesis and Exemplar Health Consortium announced as Preferred Bidder for New Melton Hospital Project in Australia

The Exemplar Health consortium including Invesis as investor has been announced by the Victorian Government as the preferred respondent on the New Melton Hospital Project.

This announcement demonstrates Invesis’ commitment to investing in the critical infrastructure for communities in Australia, coming on the back of investments in the Cross River Rail in Brisbane and the Ground Lease Model 2 Housing development in Melbourne.

The Exemplar Health consortium comprises:

  • Invesis Coöperatie U.A as investor
  • Capella Capital as sponsor, investor and asset manager
  • Lendlease as design and construction partner
  • Honeywell and Compass Group Healthcare as facilities services providers.

The Exemplar Health consortium will enter into exclusive contract negotiations with the Victorian Government to finalise contract details and achieve financial close, which is expected in Q4.
